What file formats do you support?

Snap2Save supports:

  • Images from your photo gallery

Why do you need device permissions?

Contacts Permission: Required to save extracted contact information to your device's address book.

Calendar Permission: Needed to create calendar events with extracted dates and details.

We only use these permissions to save information locally on your device.

Is my data secure and private?

How do I add widgets to my home screen?

To add Snap2Save widgets:

  • Long-press on an empty area of your home screen
  • Tap "Widgets" from the menu
  • Find Snap2Save in the widget list
  • Choose between "Scan Contact" or "Scan Event" widgets
  • Drag the widget to your desired location

The app isn't recognizing text properly. What should I do?

Try these troubleshooting tips:

  • Make sure text is clearly visible and not obscured

Yes! After AI processing, you can review and edit all extracted information before saving it to your contacts or calendar. This ensures accuracy and allows you to make corrections.

Does the app work offline?

Snap2Save requires an internet connection for AI processing. However, once information is extracted and saved to your device, you can access your contacts and calendar events offline.
